Very lightly oil low carb tortillas (Mission brand small low carb tortilla, 3g carb/tortilla) w olive oil.
Top with homemade pesto sauce: blend fresh basil, olive oil and fresh Parmesan cheese. Add any toppings you would like, count carbs of each ingredient. Top w fresh mozzarella cheese (use 0g, check your labels). Pinch of salt, pepper, and garlic power and dried basil. Bake in oven at 400 until golden and crispy.
